Obagi C-Balancing Toner

Obagi C-Balancing Toner is specifically formulated to help balance the pH of normal to oily skin, increasing penetration of the Obagi C-Clarifying Serum and key Obagi-C Rx System ingredients. Obagi C-Balancing Toner is infused with aloe and witch hazel to refresh, purify and tone the skin. For Normal to Oily skin.

Directions:
• Twice daily, place a dime-size amount (3-4 pumps) of toner on a cotton ball, apply to the entire face and let dry. Do not rinse off.
